Handling of incoming calls and attending customer enquiries
Responsible to Customer Service Department day-to day service desks activities
Provide sales support to a team of field sales executives
Allocate and processes orders and provide delivery information
Liaise with customers on re-order and delivery date
Handle Dissatisfied customers in as polite and professional way
Maintain good filing system of customer inquiries for future reference
Track and follow-up all customer requests in timely manner
Candidate must possess at least a SPM/"O" Level /STPM/ or any field.
We are looking for individuals that have an excellent command of spoken and written English.
Experience in customer service roles is desirable but not essential, fresh graduates are also encouraged to apply.
Language Required: Bahasa Malaysia, English & Mandarin (Must).
Good communication skills and interpersonal skills.
Computer literature & Good Attitude.
